Meet the Summit Ag Insurance
I am a Business Partner and Manager of Summit Ag Insurance. I work with clients in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. Since 1997, I have been involved in the crop insurance industry. Over the years, I have seen many changes to the industry and work with clients to help make vital decisions for their operation.
I am a native of Cedar County Nebraska. I have always enjoyed rural life and have been fortunate to have been raised in that setting. Being involved in production agriculture and crop insurance has been a great way to appreciate the rural life that I grew up in.
As an agent, I have been assisting clients for 20 years with securing insurance for farm, home, auto, health, and life insurance. I am the communication between the insured and the insurance company by providing quotes, finding answers to questions, explaining insurance coverage, and reporting claims.
I began working at Summit Ag Insurance in 2012. My husband Sean and I have two daughters, Alexandra and Samantha. I am an active member of Grace Lutheran Church, PEO chapter, and a 4-H leader.
At Summit Ag Insurance, I assist producers with their precision technology. Farmers are able to insure their actual acres and use their data for harvesting records. This new technology is very beneficial to the producers.
I attended college at UNL where I graduated with a degree in Ag Economics and Ag Business. While in college, I was a member of the AGR fraternity. After college, I returned to my home town of Pender, NE where I farm and am an active member of the Northeast Nebraska Corn Growers Association. I have been working at Summit Ag Insurance since 2012.
Personal Lines Agent
I work closely with clients to help educate them about how they can better protect themselves with policies that meet their needs. Showing someone how they can protect their livelihood is important to me.
I began working at Summit Ag in 2015. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and making trips back to my hometown of Winside, NE. As a family, we spend a lot of time outside together.
My primary role at Summit Ag Insurance is handling all of our producer's claims. I submit claims, communicate with adjusters, and verify claim checks to make sure the grower is getting paid correctly.
I graduated from Northeast Community College in 2018 with a degree in Precision Agriculture. After college, I decided to move back to the Howells area where I am involved on our family farming operation and began working at Summit Ag Insurance. I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.
At Summit Ag Insurance, I enjoy working with clients by presenting them with the information they need to make some of their important decisions, especially with marketing their crops. Each grower is met with on an individual basis to review their personalized field plan.
I began working at Summit Ag Insurance in 2015. My husband and I farm near our hometown of Hoskins where we raised our three daughters and now enjoy watching our grandchildren grow up. I am a past 4-H leader, EMT and Fireman for a volunteer squad.
At Summit Ag Insurance, I enjoy working with our clients to accurately report and verify their planted acreage and production. I love learning new things and always strive to stay on top of the ever changing and growing crop insurance industry.
My husband, Aaron, and I have two children, Finley and Teagan. We love spending time outdoors and spending time with our extended families. I began working at Summit Ag Insurance in August of 2019.
My background in agriculture helps me provide support to producers through the crop insurance cycle. I work with agents to create policies, report acres, & complete production reports for our producers.
I graduated from Northeast Community College and Wayne State College with a degree in Agribusiness. I began working for Summit Ag Insurance in 2012. My husband, Jake, and I live in West Point where we love the small town life. I am a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
I work with our clients and insurance companies to create policies and report and verify acres and production. I enjoy the opportunity to interact with our clients and assist them through the insurance process.
I am a South Dakota native and grew up outside of Sioux Falls where I was exposed to the agricultural world through extended family and friends. I have my masters in Agronomy from the University of Nebraska. I am recently married and live on the farm outside of Howells with my husband, Jordan, and our dog Chief.
At Summit Ag, I assist farmers in making their crop insurance decisions that best fits their needs. My role is to help producers look at insurance on a field by field basis and make the best decision as a whole for their operation.
I am a recent graduate at University of Nebraska Lincoln. After graduating, I decided to return to my hometown of Wisner. It is near Wisner that my family farms. Farming has had a strong impact on my life and career, so I am excited to return to the area to help serve farmers in the area.
I work with agents to report and verify our clients' acres and production to ensure that they are correct. I enjoy learning something new every day to help producers more understand the complexity of crop insurance.
Growing up on a farm outside of Howells, NE before moving into town taught me the importance of hard work. I graduated from Northeast Community College in 2019 with a degree in Business where I also was on their volleyball team. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, playing sand volleyball, and spending time with my family.
I've been working at Summit Ag Insurance since the Fall of 2020. At Summit Ag, I assist producers with finding the best way to help limit their risk in agriculture. I enjoy interacting with farmers and spending time getting to know their operations.
In 2016, I graduated from University of Nebraska Lincoln where I graduated with a degree in agronomy. After college, I moved back to the hometown of Pierce where I actively farm and raise cattle.
